This charming farmhouse has been completely renovated to add comfort and convenience while exploring the lovely town of Llano. Pet-Friendly.

This 115 year-old farmhouse has been completely renovated to add comfort and convenience. Inside you'll find three bedrooms--one with a King-size bed, one with a Queen-size bed, and an inside sun room that has a Daybed with a pop-up trundle (2 twins) to make sleeping for six. One bathroom contains the original clawfoot tub with a hand-held shower sprayer, and the other bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room and dining room are in the center of the open floor plan, while the full kitchen is separated from the dining room by a granite-topped bar. A washer and dryer are provided for guest's convenience. With an inviting front porch and large back wood deck, the house has fantastic spots to sit and relax--inside and out. The roomy fenced back yard is just right for pets, children or the whole family to explore and play.

Guests will have full access to the whole house, including full kitchen with supplies, and large backyard with wood deck. The front door has a keypad lock. Type the code and turn the knob to the left. To lock the door from the outside, type the code and turn the knob to the right. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm, and check-out is 12 noon.

Llano is a small, quaint town with a historic town square/courthouse. There are many fun shopping and restaurants, a wonderful river, several parks, splashpad and lovely hill country scenery.

Getting around Llano is fairly easy, as it is a small town. We literally have only 2 traffic lights in the whole town. The town square, river, restaurants, shopping and parks are within walking distance of the home.

We provide breakfast items in the refrigerator for guests to prepare at their leisure, as well as snacks and water.
